For Skippy

He's a fine American representing our country as a member of the diplomatic corps in Baghdad.

He's over there until next August.

However, he's on his way home for some R&R and to spend time with his family and treasured son - who is also a fine American.

A week in advance, give thanks that the world has people like Skippy.

Enjoy, buddy!

Thanks, Bud. I've started, but still far from home. Hope to see you.

We can't wait to have you home, Skippy. I'm so happy you get to spend Thanksgiving w/ your son. So many things to give thanks for this year, Greg's outcome and people like you. Thank you for all you do.

I appreciate skippy if for nothing more than he helps me out with a few Tar Heel barbs every now and again. He also cares a great deal about our mutual buddy Greg and that is also a very good thing. Safe travels.
